How long will it take for my items to arrive?

You will normally get your package within 4-7 business after purchase, this includes processing time. We aim to ship your item within 24-48 hours or less after payment. In most cases, most of our customers receive their items within 3-5 business days after purchase. Our goal is to get you, your product ASAP… Unless of course there is some weather issues or other non-evitable crisis such as COVID-19; or other issues that may arise directly from the shipping companies themselves, as this may impact and or delay shipping time to you, as these are issues out of our control.

 

PRE-ORDER  /Custom Orders / Exclusive Online orders:

Our pre-order or back order items or Online Only  are Known as our exclusive online orders. Those items are either custom made, therefore are made to order and or are items that maybe at our sister warehouse(s).

If an item indicates online only, meaning they're not available in our Albany, NY Location store and may only be available online. Said items will be shipped to you directly or will be ready for Pick up in store after payment and as agreed upon. THESE ITEMS ARE SPECIFICALLY NOTED. And will be shipped directly from us or on of Our Sister warehouses, Which are located in various part of the USA, such as  LA, or internationally like, Asia, and Africa, as we work with a variety of manufactures to bring you the best item in terms of price & quality

Or on some occasions, they're popular items that are Pre-orders/ backup orders only with specific release / available dates. and or are in transit to our physical location, here in Albany, NY.

Why offer preorders?

  • This method allows us the flexibility to best meet everyone's demand, as it allows us to order the right amount of item. This also sometimes allows us to have trial and release newer products that you guys actually want that we. In addition due to our limited space and limited business hours. This gives us the opportunity, to actually provide you with much more products and styles. We are constantly growing and selling more products than before. We only list preorders on VERY popular items or items that we are restocking and or as mentioned before are on a limited edition. Some of the pre-order items may also be some of higher ticket items

When will I be charged?

  • You will be charged upon your order, as you will any other item. However, this allows you to secure your item to ensure that you don't miss out before it's sold out.

How long do preorders take?

  • Each one is different and we give an estimated date on the description of the item. However, on average, Pre-order items take 2-4 business days to process and an additional 8- 12 business days to arrive to you. Aim for a total of 15-21 days to receive your order. some orders are received within 5 to 10 days business day after processing time. However due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, and or unforseen hurdles with the Shipping company or weather related issues, there may be occasional delays. 
  • Custom orders may require a longer processing time!! This will be discussed on the specific item page.

Our EXCLUSIVE  Online Items Orders Take 24-72 hours to be processed, just like our regular items. Arrival time after process is 5-7 business days. This will be noted under description for easy access, and if this timeline varies for the individual product it will be listed in the description. 

What if the preorder takes longer than expected?

  • If the preorder is not in by the time we tell you, we will inform you of that ASAP! and offer you some discount for your next purchase and or a gift token. 
  • Depending on the situation  regarding shipping, we maybe able to offer you an exchange and or a refund. ** This is base on a case by case basis and is not guarantee.
